Jean-Louis Robadey is the founder of the Impact Consulting Group. He is a senior sustainable development and social impact professional with a twenty-five career as an executive, strategic advisor, organizational consultant, capacity-builder, and funder.

Jean-Louis has held senior roles in a variety of social enterprise, philanthropic, and consulting contexts. He brings extensive experience leading and advising social ventures, funders, responsible businesses and public agencies on impact strategy and execution.

Jean-Louis has developed impact ventures and social investments and built complex capacity development programs and methodologies, domestically and internationally.

Tammy Tullis is a Principal of the Impact Consulting Group. She is a senior sustainable finance leader who has developed financial instruments and supported institutional and other investors.

Tammy Tullis has developed a special expertise in green and sustainable bond instruments, with a focus on emerging markets and developing economies.

She now uses her skills, experience, and expertise to accelerate investable projects, develop sustainable finance instruments, and mobilize resources from mission-aligned funders and investors.
